RULES
The stack is comprised of
one puff on top of another
(multiple puffs as a base doesn't count)
The submission is done via a video recording
uploaded to YouTube
The video needs to contain the whole process, from start to finish,
without ANY modifications or altrications
The tally for the stack will stop after
5 minutes
have elapsed since the start of the process
Any submission with the
same stack amount
will recieve the respective prize if eligible
